The ESI file contains device descriptions for the following firmware versions:

* FW version 5.02
* FW version 6.00
* FW version 7.00
* FW version 7.01

Section 2. Applying The ESI File

Extract the contents of the zip file archive "Yaskawa Sigma SD CANopen over EtherCAT ESI configuration files.zip".

For guidance on how to apply the necessary ESI file to a SERVOPACK in an EtherCAT master’s interface, refer to the Yaskawa.com document number AN.MTN.06.ETHERCAT.
